What the app records
- Daily 0-10 symptom, mood, energy, pain, sleep, and custom metric logs.
- Medication, supplement, food, stool, activity, weather, weight, and flare/crash notes.
- Voice notes, typed notes, food photos, plain-language summaries, trends, and appointment-ready exports.
- On-device storage plus a free account. Logs sync to that account for use across devices.
Safety limits
- The Good Tracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, medication guidance, clinical monitoring, or emergency response.
- Charts, correlations, AI summaries, reports, and exports are descriptive only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Users should review important health decisions with qualified healthcare professionals who know their situation.
- For emergencies, users should contact local emergency services immediately. In Australia, call triple zero (000).
Who it is for
- People tracking pain, fatigue, sleep changes, food reactions, medication/supplement routines, flares, crashes, bowel patterns, activity, and appointment notes.
- People with chronic illness, Long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, POTS, autoimmune symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, migraine patterns, hormone-related symptoms, or other fluctuating health concerns.
- Carers helping another person record symptom history, with permission and appropriate authority.
Who it is not for
- Medical emergencies or urgent symptoms.
- Diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, medication changes, or replacement for professional care.
- Insurance, disability, employment, or legal determinations.
- Clinical use by a healthcare organisation without separate written governance and privacy terms.
Privacy and data access
- A free account is required. Logs are stored on the device and sync to the account.
- Setup asks you to sign in with Google or an email link.
- Users can export their data from Settings. Delete my data removes logs and settings from this device and, when you are signed in, the synced copies on your account. It does not close the sign-in. Limited records may be kept for legal, security, tax, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons. Deleted logs and settings cannot be restored. Users can also email support for account or deletion requests.
- The privacy policy explains consumer health data handling, service providers, retention, deletion, and international processing.

Governance and evidence status
Clinical status
Consumer self-tracking and recordkeeping tool. Not a regulated medical device, digital therapeutic, or clinician-supervised monitoring product.
Claims standard
No diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, causation, safety, medication-effectiveness, or emergency-monitoring claims.
AI / insights
AI and pattern features summarize user-entered logs descriptively. They are labelled as non-medical and limited by the quality and quantity of saved logs.
Evidence status
The product is currently positioned as personal recordkeeping and appointment preparation. A formal evidence, accessibility, clinical-governance, and validation pack is being prepared for higher-assurance directories.
Review cadence
Public safety, privacy, and claims copy should be reviewed before each directory submission and after material product changes.
Directory fit
Digital.Health
Ready for listing after screenshots and short copy are prepared. Best fit as health/wellness, long-term condition support, self-management, and patient-facing tracking.
Healthdirect / Healthify NZ
Potential fit through an Australian/New Zealand partner or local clinical reviewer. Needs local governance and review evidence before a strong application.
ORCHA DHAF
Strategic target after privacy, accessibility, clinical-safety, security, and app-output validation documentation are stronger.
CMS / NICE / DiGA / DTx pathways
Future only. These require interoperability, evidence, reimbursement, medical-device, or therapeutic positioning that the product does not currently claim.
